Voters in Chad will go to the polls on Sunday, in the country's first parliamentary elections in 13 years.
The ruling party says the election is a final step in returning Chad to constitutional rule, following a coup in 2021. But opposition parties are threatening to boycott the vote, saying it could be rigged.
Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports from N’Djamena, Chad.
