There are reports of heavy battles in Hama province.
The Syrian Civil Defence is run by armed groups which oppose the government.
It says 25 people were killed by airstrikes, launched by government and Russian forces.
One of those strikes hit the Aleppo University Hospital.
Syrian journalist Nour Qormosh was at the hospital after the attack.
