Ukraine's security service says it was behind the killing of a high-ranking Russian general in Moscow. Igor Kirillov – who was in charge of Russia’s nuclear, chemical and biological defence – was killed by a bomb hidden in an electric scooter. He’s the most senior Russian officer killed in the war with Ukraine.
