The Lebanese health ministry reports that 22 people have been killed and 117 wounded in the Israeli strikes on central Beirut. As Al Jazeera's correspondent in Beirut Dorsa Jabbari reported earlier, the strikes hit residential buildings in two densely packed neighbourhoods, Nweiri and Basta.
