While these parcels are crucial, they often fail to meet nutritional needs, leading to health issues, especially among children. The scarcity of fresh produce and the reliance on canned goods have worsened the situation. The UN reports that food assistance in southern Gaza has reached its lowest levels, exacerbated by ongoing Israeli attacks and restricted access, increasing the risk of starvation for many displaced Palestinians.
