Russia has cautioned against speculating on the causes of Wednesday's crash involving an Azerbaijani airline, referring to such theories as ‘hypotheses.’ The crash claimed the lives of 38 people when the plane went down en route to Grozny, a city in southern Russia. Today, Azerbaijan observed a national day of mourning as investigations into the tragedy commence.
